Coronavirus Notice: What we're doing to keep you and our staff safe.

In this time of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we hold ourselves to the highest cleaning standards and continue to take all precautions in order to keep you and our staff safe.

UPDATE: As of August 2020, the COVID protocols listed below continue to remain in place until further notice.

Effective Monday, March 23rd, for your safety and ours, there will be *NO CLIENTS* allowed in the clinic. GVAH will also be practicing the following:

  • Curbside service / Telemedicine:  please call when you arrive.  We will come out to your car, get your pet, and bring them into the hospital for their appointment.  The doctor will communicate with you through phone or video chat if needed.
  • Day appointments: we can schedule drop-off appointments.  Once the doctor is able to look at your pet, we will give you a call.
  • Call ahead: please call ahead for prescription refills and food pick up, so we can have them ready to go.  We will request payment over the phone and ask that you call when you arrive at the hospital.  We will bring your purchase out to you.
  • Stay home: if you or someone in your family is sick, please have someone else bring in your pet!
